First Lady Leatrice Dockery
First Lady Leatrice Dockery counts it all joy to serve as First Lady of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Hoffman, North Carolina. In addition to serving as First Lady, First Lady Dockery serves as a Deaconess, Sunday School Teacher, a Missionary and on the Benevolence Committee.

First Lady Dockery graduated from Mineral Springs High School in Ellerbe North Carolina. After high school, First Lady Dockery moved to New York, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education from York University in Queens, New York.

While living in New York, First Lady Dockery was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Brooklyn, New York. While at Cornerstone Baptist, she served as a Deaconess, Sunday School Teacher, a Missionary and was co-captain for Women’s Day.

First Lady Dockery retired from Verizon where she worked as a repair service attendant.

In 2014, she was crowned Mother of the Year for the Richmond County Branch of the NAACP.

First Lady Dockery is a mother, grandmother and a
great-grandmother to God be the Glory. Her favorite Bible Verse is Philippians 4:13 “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHEN ME.”
